Problem Note 55091: Using the CONNECT option in a FILENAME statement might result in truncated data

When you include the CONNECT option in a FILENAME statement with the URL access method, the file that is being downloaded might be truncated. This is most likely to occur when the PROXY= option is also specified.
There is currently no circumvention for this problem.
